
Ok, it's Greek for "movement".
- movement is life
- movement is sport
- movement is what we train
What's the point? Well it seems that coaches and trainers often debate what exercises you should perform to increase sport performance.
Don't debate the exercise.........train the movement.
Can't teach the power clean, don't know how to power clean? κίνηση!!!
The medium should not dictate the movement motor pattern...
